牛鈉 用途與合成方法 
藥物作用及臨床應用 牛鈉又稱牛磺、牛磺熊脫氧膽酸，化學名稱為3α，7β二羥基膽烷酰-N-牛磺酸，主要是存在于黑熊膽汁中，是熊膽中標志性有效成分。具有解痙、抗驚厥、抗炎及溶膽石等作用。
現代合成藥物牛磺，是由的梭基與牛磺酸的氨基之間縮水而成的結合型膽汁酸。國外牛磺膠囊已經上市，2007年作為進口藥品獲準在中國銷售，臨床主要用于治療膽囊膽固醇結石、原發硬化性膽管炎、原發膽汁性肝硬化和慢性丙型病毒性肝炎等。目前牛磺原料藥及其制劑在中國還沒有藥品注冊。
牛鈉是從熊膽汁中分離出來一種天然膽汁酸，屬化學制劑，在體內與牛磺酸結合存在于膽汁中，是一種親水性膽酸，為一種膽固醇結石溶解劑。能減少對膽固醇的分泌，降低膽汁中膽固醇的飽和度，促進膽汁酸的分泌，增加膽固醇在膽汁中的溶解度，使膽固醇結石溶解或防止結石的形成。可增加膽汁分泌量，松弛膽管口括約肌產生利膽作用，有利于結石的排出。本品不能溶解其他類型的膽結石。適用于治療膽固醇性結石、高脂血癥、膽汁分泌障礙性疾病、原發性膽汁性肝硬化、慢性肝炎、膽汁反流性胃炎和預防肝移植急性排斥及反應。本品的溶石作用略弱于鵝去氧膽酸。

CBBC sodium deoxycholate Usage And Synthesis 
CBBC drug action and clinical application, also known as sodium deoxycholate tauroursodeoxycholic acid, taurocholic ursodeoxycholic acid, the chemical name for 3α, 7β-dihydroxy-bile alkanoylthio -N- taurine, mainly exist in black bear bile, is the active ingredient in bear bile iconic. Has antispasmodic, anti-convulsants, anti-inflammatory and dissolve gallstones and so on. 
Modern synthetic drugs tauroursodeoxycholic acid, is a shuttle between ursodeoxycholic acid and taurine amino group formed by shrinking conjugated bile acids. Foreign tauroursodeoxycholic acid capsule has been listed in 2007 asimportdrugs approved for sale in China, mainly for the treatment of cholesterol gallstones, primary sclerosing cholangitis, primary biliary cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis C virus hepatitis. Currently API tauroursodeoxycholic acid and its preparations in China yet registered medicines. 
CBBC sodium deoxycholate is separated from the bear bile out of a natural bile acid, is a chemical in the body combined with taurine is present in the bile, is a hydrophilic bile acid, as a cholesterol gallstones solubilizer. Can reduce the secretion of cholesterol in the liver, reducing the saturation of bile cholesterol, promote the secretion of bile acids, increases the solubility of cholesterol in the bile, cholesterol stones dissolve or prevent stone formation. Increase the secretion of bile, bile duct mouth sphincter relaxation produced choleretic effect, conducive to the discharge of stones. This product can not dissolve other types of gallstones. For the treatment of cholesterol stones, hyperlipidemia, bile secretion disorders, primary biliary cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, bile reflux gastritis and prevention of acute rejection in liver transplantation and reactions. RONGSHI effect of this product is slightly weaker than chenodeoxycholic acid.
